Country house in a hilly area halfway between Penne and Farindola. It is easily accessible from the provincial road SP52.
The house consists of two floors and accommodation comprises:
Ground floor - a rustic kitchen with fireplace, another room used as a dining room, bedroom, bathroom, utility room, cellar, with an external porch supporting a large terrace and an external staircase for access to the upper floor. In addition, on the ground floor there are two attached structures, one used as a stable and the other as a tool shed and hayloft. In addition there is a shed for covered parking spaces, attached to the rear side of the building.
First floor - at the entrance there is a corridor from where it is possible to access the various rooms. including a habitable kitchen also with a fireplace, a living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. All of this is enclosed in an exclusive courtyard of approx. 1,000 sqm. with garden plants some olive trees and plants of various types of fruit.
The view from the house towards the surrounding countryside is simply fabulous and relaxing. The house is habitable even though some refurbishment work is necessary.

Penne is a beautiful hilltop town which is popular with both overseas home buyers and visitors to Abruzzo. It has shops, banks, restaurants, cafés and bars as well as historical buildings. As you stroll around the town you will see fascinating lanes, characterised by ancient houses and churches, almost entirely made of bricks. This makes Penne one of the most historically significant towns of the area. It also affords breathtaking views to the mountains.
August is festival time in Penne when the streets are filled with stalls selling arts, crafts and culinary delights. Not to be missed.
