Amid the beautiful countryside of Castiglione Messer Raimondo, a hill-top village close to Atri and Penne, this unique complex of stone buildings has been painstakingly renovated and originally hosted an olive press.
The property is currently run as a Bed & Breakfast and is divided into apartments of 1 or 2 bedrooms, with old-fashioned furniture and fittings, but functional and comfortable.
There is also a detached cottage, surrounded by 2 hectares of land.
The view towards the sea, across the valley and hills is absolutely enchanting.
