Wonderful villa with a breathtaking panoramic view. It was built in 2006 in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Cellino Attanasio, a town in the Province of Teramo famous for its ancient origins, culture and significant environmental value.
The house is arranged on three levels: the basement consists of a double garage, autoclave room and a third room used as a tavern.
The ground floor is very welcoming, with an external courtyard connected to the vast garden of about 750 square metres and includes a large living room with a perfectly functioning brick fireplace, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The first floor is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of three double bedrooms (one with a comfortable wardrobe in the attic) and a bathroom, plus a very spacious terrace that allows access to an additional floor consisting of a single room. "open space", surrounded by windows that guarantee an enchanting 360-degree panorama, ideal for hosting parties in case of bad weather.
The materials used to build this splendid residence are of the highest quality: exposed brick cladding, worked metal / masonry fences, metal shutters, wooden window frames with aluminum core and double glazing, terracotta flooring, porcelain stoneware and parquet.
CELLINO ATTANASIO - TERAMO PROVINCE
This delightful town stands on a hill overlooking the Vomano River valley. It is 429 metres above sea level and has a population of 2,589. The first sign of habitation dates back to the Bronze Age and, since then, the town has been ruled by many empires, including the Romans and Normans, and various religious dioceses including the Abbey of Monte Cassino.
The town overlooks kilometres of beautiful countryside which is blanketed in olive groves, vineyards and fields of wheat and sunflowers. The wooded valleys are home to lots of wildlife including badgers, wild boar, hares, foxes and numerous species of birds.
On a more practical note Cellino Attanasio has many facilities such as a choice of restaurants, pizzerias, bars, shops and banks. It also has many annual festivals to look forward to including one to celebrate the local truffle.
The historic town of Atri is just a short drive away.
