Casacanditella is a small town that is 433 metres above sea level. It is situated on a hill between the rivers Foro and Dendalo. Although much of it was damaged during World War II, Casacanditella offers a beautiful view from the Adriatic Sea to the Miaella mountain both about 30 minutes away by car.

One of the town’s famous events if the ‘Festa del Pescatore’ or Fisherman’s Feast. It is held during the summer and there is plenty of trout, sea food, wine, music and dancing to be enjoyed.
