Large detached house just 10 minutes' walk from the centre of the village of Frondarola, Abruzzo.

The house measures 230 sq. metres over 3 floors. Each floor holds an independent apartment with separate entrance.

It is set in 5,000 sq. metres and boasts excellent views over the Apennine mountains.

Part of the grounds is made up of a fruit orchard.

The lowest floor, measuring 40 square metres, has an open-plan lounge with kitchen area, bedroom, bathroom, porch looking out over the Gran Sasso mountains. This floor is more or less habitable.

The floor above, measuring 100 square metres, holds an apartment of 3 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. This floor needs complete renovation.

The uppermost floor of 90 square metres, has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. This also needs complete renovation.

Outside are 4 annexes comprising:

- 50 sq. metres that is partly in ruins but can be converted into a guesthouse or a twin-vehicle garage.
- A 15 sq. metres unit made up of an old pigsty, chicken coop and wood-fired oven.
- 2 wine cellars, measuring 10 sq. metres and 6 sq. metres respectively.

Frondarola is a small town with 300 inhabitants. It is some 6 km/4 miles from the large city of Teramo with all facilities. There are daily return bus services from Frondarola to the city.
