It follows a large living / dining room with fireplace occupied by an artistic cast iron stove wood and equally embellished by the high wooden ceiling with two spans and windows on two sides. Completing the apartment is a bedroom with original brick floor and window, a large bathroom with tub and an equipped kitchen, topped with a dormer window to the exit on the roof.

The roof of the house is wood anchored to a reinforced concrete curd. It has insulating cork panels, waterproofing and roofing with traditional tiles. Half of the roof is occupied by a series of integrated photovoltaic panels. The floors are in traditional pottery, bricks and river stones. The window frames are mahogany and iroko wood and the windows have double glazing and some shutters (upper floor). All windows are protected by heavy iron grates and mosquito nets.

There is modular self-heating with natural gas and wall radiators. The exterior and interior (upstairs) plasters were left at the rough raw state to enhance the rustic look of the house.
