This property enjoys a strategic location, it is immersed in beautiful nature (it is surrounded by 5,000 sqm of land), and, as previously stated, in only 10 minutes you can reach the famous historical town of Atri. It is also just 30 mins. from the white sandy beaches of Pineto.
The house is developed on two levels (ground floor and first floor) and it is divided into two apartments.
FIRST APARTMENT which is on two floors:
GROUND FLOOR there is the entrance, iiving room and kitchen. The stairs lead to the FIRST FLOOR where there is one bedroom and bathroom with shower. In addition, there is another spacious room which needs to be renovated and could become another bedroom.
SECOND APARTMENT which is on the first floor. It is accessed via a nice brick staircase and it is comprises the entrance, living room, an open space kitchen, a bedroom and one bathroom.

MONTEFINO - TERAMO PROVINCE
A small village of about 1036 inhabitants. It is named after the River Fino which flows below the hill where Montefino is located, some 375 metres above sea level.
The village still has the appearance of a fortified village with the remains of its medieval walls and ancient layout. Montefino has a few facilities but for a greater choice of banks, restaurants and shops, the larger town of Castiglione Messer Raimondo is close by, about 10 minutes by car.
The area, surrounding Montefino, is cultivated with grain and olives and each year there is the Sagra dell’olio, a festival to celebrate the local olive oil.
