A plot of land measuring 5,495 square metres with 40 olive trees and a ruin of about 30 square metres. It is in a good position and is accessible by an asphalt road. There are utilities nearby including water and electricity and it is situated near the town.
CIVITACAMPOMARANO - CAMPOBASSO PROVINCE
This small village is one of Molise’s hidden treasures where nature, history and culture blend together to create an idyllic setting for tourists and locals alike. Civitacampomarano is built on a sandstone ridge which is 520 metres above sea level. It is surrounded by canyons, gorges and forests where hikers and walkers can stumble upon wonderful delicacies such as truffles, mushrooms and wild strawberries.
Wandering through the narrow alleys and streets of the town provides many exquisite sights including ancient archways and door fronts, preserved churches and the imposing castle which has now been declared a national monument.
An important festival, which is held on 10th August each year, is ‘The places of Taste’ or ‘I Luoghi del Gusto’. This is where the Sommeliers of Molise and Cheese Tasters of Campobasso come together in the castle to celebrate the wines and cheeses of the area.
